This hotel is a hidden gem in a peaceful neighborhood. The staff provided excellent service, always with a smile and eager to assist. The rooms, especially the ones on the uppermost floors, offer a spectacular view over the old town. Plus, the breakfast included enough options to satisfy every palate.
All was satisfactory.

Very nice small hotel close to the center of Vienna, but quiet. Belvedere at the walking distance. Friendly staff. For a shot visit , close to be ideal.

nice little hotel in the 4th district, location was great for our stay: public transport is just around the corner, if you are not too lazy to walk you can reach a lot on foot (naschmarkt/spittelsberg/various bars). room was small, bathroom also (2 persons at the same time impossible), we knew that in advance, even if the pictures were a bit deceptive. it was clean, bed was comfortable, w-lan worked, you didn't notice anything from the other guests (our room was next to the elevator, we didn't notice anything from it).
we were disappointed by the breakfast buffet, it was not bad but there is nothing positive to highlight. we knew that we would stay overnight in a tourist hotel and as we should not expect a huge buffet, we are very often in hotels and for 3 stars we expected at least a little more choice. maybe we also had too high expectations due to the evaluations of other guests. maybe the buffet looked better in the morning at 7.30 am. on request we always got some bread rolls/sausage/scrambled eggs etc. from the friendly staff, if this was the case. apart from that, there is still to say that the equipment of the hotel looks a little cheap. among other things, we had decided for it because it was renovated a few years ago. unfortunately it did not look like that. for us, comfortable bed and a clean room were most important, that's what we got. if the walls have quirks, doors have holes, window handle is loose and lights partly fail, you still get the impression that nobody really cares. hotel staff was informed by us about the defects and we got the impression that one takes care. now in may we had 25 degrees celsius, so it was still stuffy in the room at night. air conditioner worked, unfortunately it was very loud. then we decided to open the window.

The location was amazing!)
I was not aware that the hotel took out the deposit from my credit card since the website only talks about the "right of the hotel to check the credit card".

The hotel was nice: quiet place (we were listening birds singing in the evening and morning), close to the metro station, perfect clean bed- clothes. Clean bathroom.
The carpet in the room was not that clean and there was no minibar in the room - not even water.

This hotel in a peaceful neighborhood offers excellent value for money. The rooms with Vienna panoramic views provide a spectacular view over the old town, which is a rare find at this price point. With temperatures above 25 degrees C, it’s a great place to stay to enjoy the sun. The breakfast included offers plenty of options to start your day off right.
All was satisfactory.

1. Very clean Room+Bathroom+Bathtub 2.Everyday change of towels etc. 3. Breakfast included 5 different coffees, 3 juices, bagels (broetchen), croissants, eggs, nuttela, jam, 3 types of ham/salami, 3 kinds of cheese, corn flakes, milk, yoghurt etc. 4. Excellent location (6 min walking time to the metro - 6 min walking time to Belvedere Palace - 2 metro stations (~5min) away from Stephansdom (you can also go on foot). 5. Very polite and helpful staff. We even checked in around 12.30pm even before the official check in time. 6. Was in generally very quiet and calm. Some families and a lot of young pairs were the hotel-guests at the time we were there. The street in front of the hotel was also totally quiet, almost with no cars passing through. 7. a lot of free parking spots around the hotel on the side of the street. 8. We got Room 35, which together with 34, I think, are the biggest on the floor. It was spacious, with a balcony looking on the backside of the building. Huge wardrobe as well 9. Fully Renovated hotel (in an old building)
1. The isolation of the rooms was not so good, but not disturbing or causing problems, if the next room guests are also quiet. 2. Although we had booked a ''Doppelzimmer - doubleroom'', we got a ''Zweibettzimmer - twinroom'', where the beds where simply put the one next to the other. This is in generally very uncomfortable and it should have been noted in the Booked.net website. There are fotos though on the website with this kind of beds - but by stating Doppelzimmer you expect a double bed. Since Booked.net does distinguish the one type from the other, this must be changed immediately on the website according to my opinion. I am also quoting the FAQs of Booked.net: '' a Double Room has one double bed and a Twin Room has 2 single beds. '' and in german: '' Ein Doppelzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet, während ein Zweibettzimmer über 2 Einzelbetten verfügt. ''

Spent Christmas in this hotel and it was a nice experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing us with all the necessary information and even offered a small gift on Christmas day. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with different pastries, cheese and cold cuts, as well as warm dishes. The location was also great, just a few minutes walk from a metro station and some tourist attractions. We also enjoyed the stunning view of the city from our room.
The room could use some updates as the furniture was outdated and there was no minibar. The cleaning service was not satisfactory, as some days they forgot to replenish towels and toiletries.

The staff were ok, one lady in particular was very nice. Our room was ok, we didn't have a light for one day and the bedside lamp didn't work. Ran out of toilet paper and there was not any spare in the room. Location was great.

This hotel is a great find in terms of value for money. You get a lot for what you pay. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the amenities and services provided. The attention to detail is impressive and adds a nice touch to the overall experience. The location is also a major plus - situated in a very safe and peaceful neighborhood, it offers easy access to public transportation and is within walking distance of the city's main attractions.
All was well, no major issues to report.
